For as long as I can remember, competitive sports have always played a vital role in my life. I’ve always loved the environment of a team and the collective drive toward a common goal. After years of competing on the soccer field and as an avid runner, I transitioned into a new chapter of life: getting married and raising three children. In the midst of that beautiful but demanding season, I found that my own physical and mental well-being had taken a backseat. I eventually reached a point where I was determined to rediscover the athlete within me and restore the discipline that comes from a dedicated fitness journey. That is when I met Lauren. A program designed with you in mind, custom macros, recipes, assessments, as well as weekly video check-ins, so that we can tweak as we go and stay on top of your progress. I recommend this for people who are ready to make a serious change in their lives. Guided coaching you will get a library of workouts at varying fitness levels, they aren't personalized to fit your goals. You will still receive custom macros, only 1, 15 min check-in per month, custom macros, and weekly assessments
