Hi, I’m Lauren — Certified Personal Trainer, strength advocate, and founder of XO Fitness. I help people build strong, capable bodies through intentional training and sustainable nutrition. My philosophy is simple: movement is nourishment, not punishment. We don’t chase aesthetics — we build strength, confidence, and resilience that carries into every area of life. With a background in strength training, interval conditioning, and hybrid run-lift programming, I design programs that grow with you — from foundational movement patterns to progressive overload and performance-based training. My mission is to help you feel empowered in your body, confident in your choices, and strong for the life you’re building. This isn’t about shrinking yourself. Nope! If nutrition isn't something that you're ready to dive into, get the monthly option that is just the library of workouts. The details of this are listed on the 'Plans' page.
What's the difference between 1-on-1 and Guided Coaching?
1-on-1 training is tailored specifically to YOU and your goals. A program designed with you in mind, custom macros, recipes, assessments, as well as weekly video check-ins, so that we can tweak as we go and stay on top of your progress. I recommend this for people who are ready to make a serious change in their lives. Guided coaching you will get a library of workouts at varying fitness levels, they aren't personalized to fit your goals. You will still receive custom macros, only 1, 15 min check-in per month, custom macros, and weekly assessments
